Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers through remote channels. You will identify potential leads, build customer relationships, and convert inquiries into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Create quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for sales growth.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
