Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
 - Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
 - Conduct virtual product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
 - Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
 - Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
 - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 - Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support as needed.
 - Stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitors.
 
Job Type: Full-time
