Client Engagement Manager

Experience - minimum 2 years to 5 years
We are seeking a dynamic and client focused RPO Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing recruitment delivery, and ensuring service excellence for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to drive results, and a passion for delivering high-quality talent acquisition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for RPO clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and alignment with their business needs.
Account Management : Oversee RPO program execution, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and client objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
Delivery Oversight : Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Strategic Consulting : Partner with clients to provide recruitment strategies, market insights, and workforce planning recommendations.
Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and motivate onshore/offshore delivery teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.
Performance Management : Monitor account metrics, provide reports, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and strategies for better outcomes.
Client Expansion : Identify opportunities to grow the account, upsell additional services, and ensure long-term partnership value.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager in RPO, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and RPO solutions.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
