Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:Min 2 years of Field Work Experience in Sales of Software Products and Engineering ServicesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for PTC products and engineering services. Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions and proposals based on client requirements.Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to PTC products and engineering services.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our network. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the PTC ecosystem.Deep understanding of PTC products such as Creo, Windchill, and ThingWorx, along with experience in selling engineering services.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Qualifications:Education: BE + MBA Industry Experience: Engineering Services Experience: 2-5 yearsWork location: Bangalore.Language:English, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu
