Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Trichy Salary: ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 YearsJob Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth in the modular kitchen design segment. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and converting business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, and commercial clients. This role involves both indoor and outdoor modular solution sales and demands strong relationship-building skills, strategic planning, and a flair for solution-based selling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients including builders, interior designers, architects, and commercial project developers. Promote modular kitchen and storage solutions for both indoor and outdoor spaces tailored to client needs. Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations. Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain and grow strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Track business development metrics and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a CRM database with leads, opportunities, and client engagement history. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to generate brand visibility. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in interiors, modular kitchens, or construction-related sectors. Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized modular solutions. Good negotiation and closure capabilities. CRM and lead management proficiency. High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
