Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Trichy Position Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence through dealer development, regional business growth, and wholesale B2B sales across multiple territories including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat. The role involves identifying potential dealers, building long-term partnerships, and achieving regional sales targets through strategic planning and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Dealer Expansion Identify, engage, and onboard new dealers and channel partners within assigned territories. Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and develop entry strategies. Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential partners. 2. Sales and Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through focused B2B initiatives. Prepare detailed sales performance and regional growth reports for management. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities in each region. 3. Key Account & Relationship Management Maintain strong business relationships with existing dealers and distributors. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving queries efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth order execution and partner satisfaction. 4. Market Development & Feedback Analysis Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify business opportunities. Gather market feedback from dealers and customers to assist in product improvements and marketing strategies. 5. Travel and Field Operations Frequent travel across assigned regions to meet dealers, attend trade fairs, and manage sales operations. Prepare detailed travel and expense reports as per company policy. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce (MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Dealer Development, or Channel Management. Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory) ; additional regional languages are an advantage. Key Skills Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills in B2B environments. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strategic planning and analytical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
