Job Title/Designation: MIS Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience



Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and maintaining efficient data systems to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong command of analytical tools, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration skills to address business needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop, analyze, and publish business reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Interpret data trends to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Dashboard Management:
  • Create and manage Tableau dashboards to visualize data effectively.
  • Ensure dashboards are up-to-date and meet stakeholders' requirements.
  • Data Repository Management:
  • Maintain and organize a centralized data repository.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data for all stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill business requirements.
  • Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data/reporting challenges.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role with proven success in data reporting and visualization.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
