Job Title: Human Resources Information Systems Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to join our team at Connect Tech+Talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the deployment, management, and maintenance of our HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the optimal function of our HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Collaborate with management and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
  • Serve as a lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements working with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute full range of HRIS functions within the HRIS application, including creation of specifications and support of new inbound/outbound integrations, business process optimization, and key annual processes.
  • Promote awareness of system capabilities, new releases, and upgrades, and how they impact existing and future HR functionality.
  • Foster continuous improvement by documenting HRIS processes and procedures and suggesting modifications to current practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Experience with interfaces or integration of systems.
  • Ability to manipulate large and complex data sets with great efficiency.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration, or related field required.
  • Five to eight years of related experience in managing Workday HRIS System.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
