Human Resources Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in pursuing a career in human resources, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews, review resumes, and maintain candidate databases for recruitment purposes.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing materials and conducting orientation for new hires.
- Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and compliance forms.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with implementing new initiatives.
- Provide information on HR policies, benefits, and other related topics to employees.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases.
- Offer general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning about human resources practices and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
Location: Our office is located in Tower-1,1007, 1604, DLF CORPORATE GREENS, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana.
Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package that includes allowances and benefits. We also provide opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
