Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and more. You will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives while learning from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Help manage employee performance tracking and assist in preparing performance review documentation.
- Conduct research and assist in analyzing employee satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in updating job descriptions, organizational charts, and salary data.
- Help with creating and managing content for recruitment and employer branding on social media platforms.
- Assist in international hiring processes, helping to streamline recruitment and onboarding for global talent.
- Assist with budget tracking and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Support coordination with external partners for accounting and financial activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English OR American Language and Literature, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in other languages, such as German, is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about contributing to the success of a growing company.
