The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the HR field while assisting with daily operations and key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in human resources, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and completion of necessary paperwork.
- Help with maintaining employee records and updating databases.
- Assist with organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to HR managers and staff, including preparing reports and maintaining HR files.
- Research and assist in implementing HR best practices and policies.
- Assist in handling employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the performance management process and help with employee evaluation logistics.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Requirements
- Freshers (Graduation batch 2023 or 2024).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and understand human resource management.
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
