Human Resources Associate - Samvedna Development Society (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the HR team with various tasks related to policies, compliances, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations to maintain a fair and equitable work environment.
- Collaborating with team members to onboard new employees effectively and facilitate smooth offboarding processes.
- Supporting the management of employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participating in the coordination of training and development initiatives to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Assisting in the organization of employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Responding to HR-related inquiries and providing timely and accurate information to employees.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for contributing to a socially conscious organization.
