We are looking for a proactive andefficient HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department.You will be assisting with all HRrelated queries and ensuringimproved employee engagement.

Yourresponsibilities include maintaining employee records issuing workcontracts and performing reference checks on new recruits. You willcoordinate with the HR Recruiter and HR Consultant to maintain theHR calendar effectively. Besides you will prepare and present areport on HR activities to the HR Manager.

Yourstrong social and communication skills will help in coordinatingand delegating tasks. To excel in this position you should befamiliar with the industry practices and have excellent knowhow ofHR tools.

Responsibilities
  • Maintainingan accurate record ofemployees
  • Assisting withall HRrelated queries and resolving employeequestions
  • Participating inthe hiring process by conducting backgroundchecks
  • Handing overemploymentcontracts
  • Assisting the HRManager in conducting employee performancereviews
  • Scheduling HRevents and maintaining the HRcalendar
  • Organizingtraining sessions workshops andseminars
  • Performingorientation for newemployees
  • Preparing adetailed report of all HRactivities
  • Coordinatingwith the Accounting department with regards topayrolls
  • Undertakingdelegation oftasks
  • Assisting CampusRecruiter in conducting campusinterviews
  • Developingtraining curriculum programs and evaluating employeeengagement
  • Suggestingimprovements in the employmentpolicies
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resource Management Business Administration orsimilar field
  • Previouswork experience as an HR Intern HR and Admin Officer or a similarrole in the Human Resourcesdepartment
  • Completeunderstanding of human resource practices and industrytrends
  • Familiarity withHRIS software like EnterpriseAxis Hr.my. andHomebase
  • Understanding ofATS system likeJobsoid
  • Knowledge ofdifferent recruitment practices/methods like social mediarecruiting video interviewing and employeereferrals
  • Knowhow of laborrules andregulations
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Effective timemanagement and organizationalskills
  • Good decisionmakingskills
  • Ability to managedeadlines and stressfulsituations
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Officetools
  • Attention todetail
