Role:
As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to our growth strategy. You will gain real-world experience in lead generation, relationship management, and business development while collaborating with seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of software testing and automation services.
Build and maintain a list of qualified leads through networking, databases, and industry tools.
Lead Nurturing:
Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow up with personalized InMail or direct messages to build professional relationships.
Post thoughtful comments on prospects’ LinkedIn content to foster engagement.
Monitor and manage the LinkedIn pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and lead progression.
Email Campaigns:
Send tailored first-contact emails to introduce prospects to our services.
Conduct follow-up email outreach to nurture interest and build engagement across multiple touchpoints.
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to leads to initiate discussions about our services and explore potential collaboration.
Document interactions, track progress, and maintain consistent follow-up efforts.
Collaborative Initiatives:
Work closely with the Marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and assist with optimizing communication templates.
Requirements:
Pursuing/Completed MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales/International Business).
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. If you can't speak fluent English and are not confident, don't bother applying.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (a plus).
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a collaborative team environment.
