Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead all marketing efforts for our hospital and special care units, with a strong focus on camp patients, referral networks, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive patient footfall, brand visibility, and service outreach across urban and rural populations. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for all hospital and special care services focused on patient acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Plan and implement outreach programs, health check-up camps, and tie-ups with corporates, schools, NGOs, and local bodies.
  • Monitor, track, and report ROI on all marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Camp & Community Engagement

  • Identify high-potential rural and underserved areas for medical camps in collaboration with clinical and CSR teams.
  • Ensure high-quality patient experience and follow-up from camp to hospital admission (conversion strategy).
  • Establish a camp-to-care pathway for critical and chronic care referrals.

Digital & Offline Marketing

  • Lead digital campaigns via social media, SEO/SEM, and healthcare portals to increase patient inquiries and OPD/ IPD bookings.
  • Supervise offline branding through hoardings, local media, print ads, and clinic tie-ups.
  • Oversee development of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, videos).

Referral Network & Corporate Tie-ups

  • Build and manage a network of referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Explore and initiate corporate health check-up programs and insurance tie-ups.
  • Identify and develop specialty care programs (e.g. ortho, cardiology, mother-child) with clear revenue targets.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead a team of marketing executives, field officers, and coordinators.
  • Work closely with clinical, admin, finance, and operations teams to align marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with hospital CRM team for lead management and conversion.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing & patient engagement models.
  • Proven experience in camp planning and rural health outreach.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to drive results & revenue.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or equivalent.
  • 710 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in special care services or hospital camp marketing will be preferred.
