Job Role : DGM - Civil External Key Responisbilities : 1. Lead a team of 4-6 reportees to analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data to plan project deliverables. 2. Perform civil structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. for Major Buildings, Parking, Compound wall, Utilities, Equipment, Substations, Roads, Water and Sewage Treatment Plants etc. for live loads & environmental factors. 3. Pre bid designs, BOQ/ specs/ costing for new projects/proposals including method statement etc. Computation of area-grading, structure foundations, roads, drainage, sewerage for plant & structures including foundations. 4. Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner and Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other). 5. Preparing estimation for quantities and cost in Civil Projects having thorough knowledge in estimation for structural both steel and RCC of Industrial building and structures in co ordination with Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation and other concerned discipline. 6. Technical Evaluation of Vendor / Suppliers Proposals by reviewing of technical deliverables , Data Schedules and preparing base design document. g) Provide structural engineering technical input and advice for the design and documentation phases of buildings structures projects Assist with ensuring plants and Machinery, equipment, subcontractors and labor are utilized. 7. Coordination with PMC, Site Engineers, field personnel and project management team, delivering projects efficiently by proposing effective solutions to problems encountered i) Plan project deliverables and track development. Compilation and analysis of key Tenders and contract .Validation of KPIs before delivery.
