**Job Description**:
Reviewing of all QC departmental procedures like SOPs', Calibration procedures, Spec and STP’s and instrument operating procedures.

Monitoring day to day activities of quality control department.

Co-ordinating with QA department at time of investigations, market complaints, OOS, OOT and participating as investigating team member.

Reviewing of Change control procedures, deviations, incidents and APQR’s.

Reviewing all analytical method validation protocols and reports.

Approving of all instrument calibration records.

Reviewing of all stability study protocols, reports, summary sheets and trend data sheets.

Reviewing of purified water validation protocol, report, and trend data sheets

Reviewing of cleaning validation protocols, reports, and data during performing of cleaning validation study.

Ensure qualification of Analysts completion before deploying in job.

Approving of all finished / intermediate raw data work sheets during release.

Reviewing of all finished products Certificate of analysis during release.

Approving of calibration of analytical instruments, purified water sampling, preventive maintenance of instruments schedules.

Approving/Rejection of raw materials, packing materials

Approval of all indents from Quality control department and sent for management for final approval.

Internal/External audit team member.

Ensuring AMC/CMC for all QC critical instruments.

Ensuring analytical instruments are qualified prior to the usage.

Implementation of CAPA’s in the laboratory.

Approval of Reference standard procurement as per the requirements.

Control samples / retain samples management.

Ensuring to maintain the 21 CFR part 11 controls in the laboratory.

Identification and qualification of Third-party testing labs.

Review of Audit trial verification reports.

Ensure monthly Data backup performed by IT dept.

Coordinating with all departments for smooth operations of QC department.

Participating in management review meeting whenever is required.

Approval of working standards management.

Reviewing of all process validation, drying validation, blending validation and milling/ micronization validation protocols and reports.

Providing audit compliance for QC department.

Reporting to DGM-Quality,

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
