Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market, an ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including real estate investors, developers, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and present property investment opportunities to clients, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of each offering.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals on property sales, leasing agreements, and other real estate transactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their real estate needs and propose tailored solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time- management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite ( Word ,Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
