Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and Mac OS platforms, including desktop and laptop systems
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other peripherals
Respond to help desk requests and document resolutions in a ticketing system
Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps over the phone, via email, or in person
Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, IP configuration, and Wi-Fi setup
Support the setup and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls under supervision
Assist in the installation and setup of new hardware, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, ensuring systems are updated and running efficiently
Help maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure equipment is properly tracked
Follow company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection
Assist in implementing and maintaining antivirus software and other security tools
Provide basic training to end-users on new software and systems
Document procedures, FAQs, and other technical support materials for internal use
Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS platforms, Hardware, Software, and network related issues.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
