We will not reply if you do NOT meet the following criteria:Office 365 Administrator console experience - Minimum 4 to 5 years experienceExam AZ-104EXAM- AZ-900 certificateAzure Active DirectoryWindows serverMCSE certificate 2019 and aboveDesktop Support experience: Minimum of 7 yearsWork from HomeShift: Available during UK hours and must be flexible working any hours (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) Monday to Friday and on-call on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)Please only apply if you meet the following:On-call and rota hours (day, night shifts, and weekend cover)12+ years of experience in L1, L2, and L3 desktop support or IT supportOffice 365 Admin portal experience of 4 to 5 yearsExam certifications AZ-104 and AZ-900Experience in a helpdesk environment or IT solutionsMCSE certification: 2019 or aboveSubject matter expertise in Azure, Office 365 administration, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft Defender endpoint securityDegree qualifiedStrong troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and think outside the box to resolve issuesProficient in spoken and written EnglishAvailable during UK hours and flexible to work any hour (1:00 am to 9:30 am)Own a laptop and a reliable internet connectionAbility to invoice for work monthly and receive payment via bank transferThe day-to-day duties will include telephone, email and remote support. You should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT and it will be advantageous if you have worked for an IT solution company in the past.Provide telephone, email, and remote supportMinimum of 12 years of experience in IT; experience in an IT solutions company is advantageousProvide professional and efficient 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support while maintaining a high degree of customer serviceTake ownership of user problems, perform technical diagnoses, and resolve issues either remotely or on-siteWork in a helpdesk environmentSupport Windows 7, 10, and 11Troubleshoot Office 365 issuesSupport Microsoft AzureProvide desktop support, installation, and maintenanceNetwork troubleshooting (firewall, router, and switch knowledge and experience)Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 to 2022Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, and general troubleshootingBasic knowledge of MS ExchangeSupport and install MS Office, antivirus, and other applicationsHands-on experience with user administration and management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)Willingness to work on desktop issues in a domain environmentProvide Office 365 services and supportGeneral networking and troubleshooting skillsDocument calls in the call logging systemAttention to detailOn-call availabilityThe ideal candidate should be technically competent, motivated and capable of communicating with clients in plain English both verbal and written as well as technically.
