Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our construction and interiors services. The Business Development Associate (BDA) position in Davanagere is a critical role focused on driving business growth in the construction and Interior sector. The candidate should have complete civil knowledge, should have an experience as site engineer, should be very communicative and bold.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Opportunities: BDAs are responsible for identifying potential business opportunities within the construction sector. This includes researching market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and staying updated on industry developments.2. Lead Generation: BDAs actively generate leads through various channels such as networking, attending industry events. They build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.3. Client Relationship Management: BDAs develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. They understand client requirements, offer solutions, and address inquiries to build trust and rapport.4. Proposal Development: BDAs work on developing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase company capabilities, services, and offerings. They tailor proposals to meet client needs and requirements.5. Negotiation and Closing Deals: BDAs engage in negotiation processes, pricing discussions, and contract terms to secure project agreements. They work towards closing deals and converting leads into actual construction projects.6. Sales Target Achievement: BDAs are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company. They track progress, analyse performance metrics, and take proactive measures to drive sales growth.7. Market Research and Analysis: BDAs conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. They use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and strategies.8. Collaboration: BDAs collaborate closely with BDMs and other internal teams such as marketing, operations, and project management to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and objectives.9. Issue Resolution for clients: Resolve any issue, if any as per requirment with the client during their tenure as customer with Sturdy Groups since a construction client will always be associated with the first person discussed the project with untill completion.10. Customer Relationship: Maintain positive relationship with the customer unto end of the project to have hands on reference contact for future conversions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil field, preferably in the construction, interiors, or related industries.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational and time management skills
