We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality candidates across IT and Non-IT domains, leveraging our expertise and structured recruitment processes.Role Overview:We are looking for a US Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment for the US market. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment, source niche talent, and understand multiple non-IT domains such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, and more.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients across IT and Non-IT domains- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, presenting only high-quality candidates- Handle hiring for diverse Non-IT roles like Business Analysts, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Retail, Engineering, etc.- Maintain strong client and candidate communication- Update ATS and daily trackers with accurate information- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and strategize sourcing-Must-Have Skills & Experience:- 3-6 years of US recruitment experience- Proven expertise in IT recruitment (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment across multiple domains (Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, etc.)- Strong sourcing skills and ability to find niche talent- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Experience working from office in HyderabadWhy Join Us:- Work on global US roles across IT & Non-IT- Gain exposure to multiple industries and technologies- Collaborative and growth-focused team environment- Opportunity to enhance your recruitment expertise for US clientsLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite)Experience: 3-6 YearsWork Type: Full-timeApply Today to join a team that is redefining US recruitment excellence
