Job Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
  • Help prepare and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications.

Customer Interaction:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Participate in customer meetings and interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address product-related issues.

Data Analysis:

  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics.
  • Use data insights to suggest improvements and optimizations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.

Product Launch:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
  • Help create product training materials and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in product management, market research, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
