Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, translate them into epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and sales.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure delivery of high-value features
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, manage team velocity, and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
  • Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a bridge between product vision and team execution, ensuring alignment.
  • Maintain and monitor Jira boards for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and burndown charts.
  • Use Jira/Confluence to document workflows, meeting notes, and sprint deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4- 8 years of experience in a combined Product Manager and Scrum Master role (or closely related roles).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Expertise in Jira and other Agile tools (Confluence, Trello, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Technical background or experience working with development teams on software products.
