Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Gurgaon for an HR Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist in various day-to-day tasks such as sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will also be involved in enhancing the candidate experience, assisting with onboarding processes, and supporting various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Candidate sourcing, initial screenings, and coordination skills
  • Database management and candidate experience enhancement skills
  • Onboarding process assistance and project support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
