Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and internal portals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers for ongoing roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
