Position Overview:The Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber professionals across business functions. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and functional heads to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with the company's growth plans in India and international markets.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Talent Acquisition:- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce plans.- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and critical skill needs.- Plan and manage recruitment budgets, hiring timelines, and sourcing channels.- Drive campus recruitment, leadership hiring, and diversity initiatives as per business priorities.Operational Excellence:- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from job posting, sourcing, and screening to offer management and onboarding.- Use data-driven insights to track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness).- Manage recruitment partners, consultants, and job boards; negotiate rates and monitor performance.- Ensure candidate experience is consistent, transparent, and positive throughout the process.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality standards.- Work closely with business, HRBPs, and leadership teams to forecast and prioritize talent needs.- Conduct hiring reviews and dashboards for management on a regular basis.Employer Branding & Digital Hiring:- Strengthen the company's employer brand through digital campaigns, social media presence, and engagement events.- Explore innovative sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, social platforms, and referral programs.- Implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.Compliance & Process Governance:- Ensure adherence to all statutory and internal recruitment policies.- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews.- Collaborate with HR operations for seamless onboarding and background verification.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of pharma / biotech / healthcare hiring landscape.- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics.- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving orientation.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Team leadership and mentoring MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.- 6-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.- Proven experience in managing high-volume and niche hiring mandates.
