Job Description Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, building scalable recruitment processes, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent aligned with its growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's short-term and long-term business goals. - Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from workforce planning, sourcing, and assessment to selection and onboarding. - Partner closely with leadership and department heads to anticipate hiring needs and ensure timely, quality hires. - Build and mentor a strong recruitment team capable of scaling with organizational growth. - Design and implement scalable hiring processes, recruitment dashboards, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and accountability. - Strengthen the company's employer branding initiatives to position it as a preferred employer in the market. - Leverage technology, analytics, and modern sourcing channels to optimize talent pipelines. - Maintain strong candidate experience and ensure alignment with the company's values and culture. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and retention strategies. What We're Looking For - 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 23 years in a startup or high-growth environment. - Proven track record in scaling teams and driving measurable hiring outcomes. - Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
