About the Role
We are looking for Sales Support Specialists to join our US sales team. The role involves CRM management, sales reporting, and digital marketing sales and support. Candidates with prior experience in automotive or power sports will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM system – update leads, track sales pipeline, and generate reports.
- Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and client communication.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns (emails, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation).
- Provide sales analytics and insights to drive growth.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Support / CRM / Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaigns).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable with Night Shift (US Time Zone).
