Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, references, and networking.
  • Pitch and sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa services.
  • Convert leads into confirmed travel bookings and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle corporate travel accounts with professionalism and long-term focus.
  • Draft and share quotations, itineraries, and proposals.
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals within timelines.
  • Keep CRM/sales pipeline updated with follow-ups, conversions, and reports.
  • Stay current with visa updates, airline promotions, and travel trends.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Corporate Sales / BDE role.
  • Strong knowledge of holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to convert leads and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Confident with presentations, client meetings, and independent sales handling.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred.
