**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Operations Executive at Rehlat in Hyderabad. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing hotel operations, ensuring smooth communication, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, convert sales from potential customers.

- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel reservations with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide accurate information and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Positive Reviews: Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage and secure favorable reviews. Address

feedback and concerns proactively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage bookings, and maintain detailed

records. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the customer journey.
- Conversion: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, working to convert leads

into confirmed bookings. Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and meet targets. Working on Post

Sales Revenue Targets.

**Qualifications**:
Communication and Customer Service skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in any stream

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Shift allowance
