Provide accurate information and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless booking experience. - Positive Reviews: Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage and secure favorable reviews. Address feedback and concerns proactively to enhance customer satisfaction. - CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage bookings, and maintain detailed records. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the customer journey. - Conversion: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, working to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and meet targets.
