About the Role

We are looking for a proactive
Business Analyst
with experience in
Automation Anywhere RPA
and a strong understanding of the
healthcare domain
. The candidate will play a critical role in identifying automation opportunities, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful deployment of automation solutions that improve efficiency and service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with healthcare stakeholders to identify and evaluate business processes suitable for RPA.
  • Document
    business requirements, process flows, and solution designs
    for automation projects.
  • Conduct
    impact and feasibility analysis
    for potential RPA use cases.
  • Collaborate with RPA developers to translate requirements into automation solutions using
    Automation Anywhere
    .
  • Collaborate with the line of business and the client IT team to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
  • Support
    testing, change management, and post-implementation reviews
    .
  • Act as a liaison between
    business teams, IT, and RPA developers
    to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
  • Prepare
    reports, dashboards, and presentations
    to track automation benefits (efficiency gains, cost savings, error reduction).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    healthcare management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 5–7 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst, including
    RPA projects with Automation Anywhere
    .
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows such as claims processing, billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Payable (AP), EHR/EMR, patient onboarding, and provider data management.
  • Ability to create detailed
    BRDs, PDDs, and user stories
    .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
