Directing and administering an organizational risk management.Analysis and careful internal and external risk evaluation.Assessment of current company policies and potential for risk.Preparing Risk Evaluation Report and submitting to the Management.Liaise with, and guide senior management and the stakeholders about the current and potential risks through reports, documentation and presentations periodicallyClosely understanding each and every departmental processes and policies to avoid future risks.Analyzing and developing the new policies and processes for each department to achieve the departmental goals and targets.Promoting organization wide understanding of risks and risk management strategies.Review of the risk analysis reports to ensure risks are identified and managed effectively.Develops strategies, Controls, and measures to monitor and mitigate the risk exposure of new plans, policies and processes.Monitoring the effectiveness of procedures to identify points of improvement.Develop risk control and management strategies to reduce the financial and legal impact on the businessEnsure that the company meets its legal and regulatory risk requirementsStudy market trends, and implement the learnings into the risk management processes of the companyPrepare risk contingency plans to tackle future risk management issues.
