Job DescriptionAbout Client Our Client is a global IT company focused on the insurance industry. They help the group, a large insurance company, with digital transformation by designing and implementing complex IT systems. Established in 2021 through a merger, client combines expertise from Poland and Germany with a new office in India (2022). Their goal is to leverage technology to improve efficiency, develop digital insurance products, and enhance customer service.Qualification

- Degree in commerce, Information Technology, Economics or law and/or MBALocation

- Powai (Mumbai)Role DescriptionAssist the First Line of Defence in Risk AssessmentsTesting the effectiveness of controls/measuresIdentify risks and discuss with reporting manager and process owner/sPrepare checklist on Company’s Norms and collect evidences to demonstrate adherenceDesign and prepare training slides on RiskSchedule classroom trainings for employees on a monthly basisCo-ordinate and interact with ERGO Group employees and meet the ERGO Group requirementsPeriodically update on risk related matters to the Head of Function along-with Reporting ManagerAssist the Reporting Manager and/or Head of Risk, Compliance & Data Protection in functional activities / projects as and when advised.Key ResponsibilitiesTimely assessment and monitoring of operational and Information Technology Risks and reporting thereonConducting operating effectiveness test of processesMaintain proof of both adherence to internal policies and the external laws, guidelines, or regulations imposed upon the companyEnsuring all departments work basis the Company’s Norms and any risks identified are mitigated with proper measures.Requirements
