Reporting: Deputy Manager - Finance
Experience: 4-5 years
Industry: FMCG/ Manufacturing
Job Responsibility
Should have experience of Cost Management, Margin reporting & analysis, product costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and inventory management.
Prepare detailed Margin reports, both periodically and ad hoc
Should have good knowledge of MIS data management.
Should have good hands on experience of SAP Hana.
Variance analysis of Usage, Yield & Price Variance
Assist in the Preparation of Monthly MIS for Management. (Incl. Budget vs Actual; identification of the reason for variation.
Assist in the Preparation of monthly/Quarterly project MIS for management.
Gross Margin & Net Margin analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts based on production requirements and market trends.
Analysis of Non-moving, Slow-moving & near-expiry Inventory & Action plan for reduction of Non-moving/near-expiry Inventory.
Valuation of Inventory as per INDAS & Cost Accounting Standards Guidelines (Ensure proper Overheads allocations).
Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
Help management make important decisions based on product costs and MRP/pricing change/increase/decrease
Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
