Head of Private Wealth Group (PWG) / Zonal Head - Private Wealth Management

Location:

Reporting to:
 CEO / Head PWG

Role Overview:


The Head of Private Wealth Group (PWG) / Zonal Head for Private Wealth Management will lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of private wealth management services.

This role requires a visionary leader to drive business growth, enhance client experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

### Key Responsibilities:

#### Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth targeting affluent clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
#### Marketing and Sales Strategy:

  • Execute marketing and sales strategies to acquire and retain target market segments.
  • Leverage digital channels, strategic partnerships, and industry networks to maximize reach.
  • Integrate sales of thirdparty products, including PMS, mutual funds, and other asset classes.
#### Product Collaboration & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with product teams to offer a competitive range of wealth management products.
  • Develop market positioning strategies to distinguish offerings from competitors.
  • Drive business development initiatives to enhance client acquisition and foster growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions.
#### Building AUM:

  • Develop strategies to build and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) by attracting and retaining HNI and UHNI clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships for longterm engagement and investment.
#### Client Service:

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to HNI and UHNI clients with personalized wealth management solutions.
  • Enhance client experience through proactive engagement and bespoke services.
#### Process and Governance:

  • Establish robust processes and governance mechanisms for smooth operations and compliance.
  • Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and risk management.
#### Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a highperforming team of professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customercentricity.
  • Drive professional development and succession planning within the team.
#### Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and organizational compliance requirements.
  • Implement and monitor effective risk management practices.
### Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in wealth management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing highperforming teams.
  • Indepth knowledge of wealth management products and services.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and stay ahead of market trends.
