Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Vehicles across the USA region.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, key customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Drive after-sales support in collaboration with service and spare parts teams.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide training and support to dealer sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Btech or MBA
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience
  • Strong network and understanding of the US market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and financial reports.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the USA region.
