We have an opening for the Profile of Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings, banquet sales, and F&B revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, event organizers, and online portals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Coordinate with banquet and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Represent the hotel at trade fairs, travel shows, and networking events.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Skills Required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of hospitality industry and local market.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online travel portals (OTA knowledge preferred)

Educational Qualification
• Graduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration (preferred).
• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
• Sales Executive: 1-3 years of experience in hotel/banquet/restaurant sales.
• Sales Manager: 4-7 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing

Performance-based promotions to Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales.
• Incentives on achieving sales targets.
• Exposure to corporate clients, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) market, and online travel industry.
