Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Vehicles across the USA region.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, key customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Drive after-sales support in collaboration with service and spare parts teams.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
- Provide training and support to dealer sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
- Btech or MBA
- 10+ years of proven sales experience
- Strong network and understanding of the US market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and financial reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the USA region.
