Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Siliguri. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role also involves facilitating training and development programs and supporting management in strategic HR planning.

- HR Policy Development and Implementation skills
- Compliance with Labor Laws and Record Keeping
- Training and Development facilitation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
