Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR (Junior) professional to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with minimal experience who are passionate about HR practices and eager to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting new employees with their integration into the company.

Employee Relations:
Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment, and maintaining open lines of communication between staff and management.

HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave management, and personnel files.

Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and industry regulations.

Training & Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees, ensuring they have the resources needed for professional growth.

Performance Management:
Support the performance review process by helping to coordinate evaluations and providing administrative assistance.

HR Data Management:
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to help inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with HR managers and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and address any cross-functional issues.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving HR practices and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
