Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiting Intern to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support the recruitment process for various client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively identify and attract candidates.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
