PositionSummary: We are looking for a motivated anddetailoriented Junior HR Recruiting Intern to join our dynamicrecruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates orstudents pursuing a degree in Human Resources who are passionateabout talent acquisition and eager to support the recruitmentprocess for various clientneeds.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • CandidateSourcing: Identify and engage potential candidatesthrough various channels including job boards social media andnetworking events.
  • ResumeScreening: Review and evaluate resumes to shortlistcandidates who meet the jobrequirements.
  • InitialInterviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assesscandidates qualifications experience and fit for therole.
  • JobPostings: Create and manage job postings across multipleplatforms to attract toptalent.
  • CandidateCommunication: Maintain clear and timely communicationwith candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Scheduling:Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers.
  • RecruitmentDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of candidateinteractions interview feedback and recruitmentmetrics.
  • MarketResearch: Stay updated on industry trends and marketconditions to effectively identify and attractcandidates.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuingor completed a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a relatedfield.

  • Abilityto build relationships and effectively interact with candidates andclients.
  • Highattention to detail and organizationalskills.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
