We are seeking an enthusiastic andcompetent HR Intern to join our Human Resources Department.

As an HR Intern you will have to provideassistance to our HR department in day to day operations. You willassist the HR Department in various tasks including payrollrecruitment selection orientation and employee training anddevelopment.

You will also assist in updatingour employee records with new hire information screen resumes andschedule interviews. You will assist in organizing and planning ourHR approaches policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Updateour internal databases with new employee data including contactdetails and employment forms.
  • Collect payrollinformation such as hours of work done by an employee details ofbank accounts etc.
  • Assist in screening formsand resumes of applicants.
  • Plan and scheduleinterviews with candidates.
  • Manage jobadvertisements on job portals and socialnetworks.
  • Create reports on the HRrelatedprocess when required.
  • Address queries andissues of workers when required.
  • Review anddistribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice boardbrochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email posts on socialnetworks/forums/company website).
  • Assist the HRteam in organizing career fairs and specialevents.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management or similarfield
  • Proven experience working as an HR internor a similar role in the Human ResourceDepartment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office ordatabase systems HRIS and ATS.
  • Familiar withfullcycle recruiting.
  • Basic understanding oflabor legislation (Occupational safety and healthAntidiscrimination law National Labor Relations Actetc).
  • Excellent planning and organizationalskills.
  • Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability to manage andhandle multiple tasks.
  • Outstandingproblemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional attention todetail.
