Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support by managing HR documents, filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
