Job Description:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, generating qualified leads, running targeted campaigns, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with the business development team to drive growth for both our consulting services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Enhance the brand identity for both our consulting and product businesses through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads to drive business growth.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, and videos.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital channels.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage PPC ad campaigns to increase traffic and brand visibility.
- Social Media Promotions: Manage social media profiles, engage with followers, and create campaigns to enhance our brand presence.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies for nurturing leads, product announcements, and newsletters.
- Community Building: Cultivate an active community around our brand, especially within target audiences like students, startups, and young professionals.
- Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Use data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience in content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media promotion.
- Ability to create engaging video content and other multimedia assets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building brands and driving growth in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or performance marketing.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
