Purpose of the Role

MrMed is building new high-impact, patient-centered categories beyond medication delivery. This role is a stealth-mode GM track—responsible not just for launching new categories, but for managing them post-launch, ensuring scale, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement using AI-powered systems.

The person in this role will work closely with the Founder's Office and senior leaders across the org. They will also interface with doctors, channel partners, and vendors—making cross-functional communication, ownership, and execution maturity non-negotiables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Research markets, competitors, and patient needs; identify opportunities; create business cases; define OKRs.
  • Category Management: Oversee daily operations, track KPIs, ensure SLAs & quality, and drive growth levers.
  • AI-Led Execution: Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, and Claude to automate workflows, create SOPs, and improve targeting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across teams, onboard doctors and partners, and manage vendors.
  • Insights & Improvement: Build dashboards, conduct audits, standardize playbooks for scaling categories.

  • Funnel Conversion Rates (Landing → Lead → Activation)
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction (internal + external)
  • Category Revenue Contribution
  • Workflow Automation Impact (tasks, hours saved)
  • Retention & Repeat Usage (as applicable)

Who We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: Recent graduate or 1–2 years in startups, consulting, product, or growth roles; stakeholder management experience; strong written & structural thinking skills; hands-on use of AI tools for productivity; bonus if you've launched something before.
  • Preferred: Exposure to healthcare, consumer tech, or ops; experience managing doctors/partners/vendors; 0-to-1 project building; familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, GPTs, and analytics tools.
  • Traits: Owner mindset, fast problem-solver, system simplifier, clear communicator, active listener, execution-focused dreamer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
