About The Role


Dreamfoot is looking to hire driven candidates with excellent research skills to focus on growing the business by increasing the reach of the company to business owners/brand owners, partner agencies, corporate communication heads and CMOs.


Job Responsibilities


  • Get a thorough understanding of the company, its services, target market and domain of operation.
  • Research, research, research and more research of the business opportunities, target market and domain of operation.
  • Writing proper mails for business communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients over social media or by the process of cold calling.
  • Speak to inbound leads and gather project requirements over phone or video call & qualify the leads.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
  • Prospecting, identifying new opportunities and leads and pitching clients and generate sales for the Company.
  • Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  • Develop and improve marketing and sales collaterals that will help the business development team close more deals.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Reporting and data management (CRM)
  • Coordinating with the Management to come up with new offerings to increase revenue from existing account.


Candidate Requirements


  • A graduate degree with 1+ year of experience in sales/ business development role.
  • Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English (THIS IS A MUST)
  • Target driven, go-getter; ready to take challenge of target linked compensation
  • Highly proficient in researching solutions and business development.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like MS Office, G Suite, CRM like Hubspot, Zoho
  • Experience in Prospecting on softwares like Apollo, Signal hire etc. will be a plus.


Salary Bracket : 25-35K per month based on experience


Job location: In-office job at Vadodara, Gujarat. Only apply if you can work from office. No WFH will be provided.


6 days working (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off) | Time: 8 am to 5:15 pm
