- Key Responsibilities. Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify, connect, and nurture leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and Lusha to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Global Business Growth:Develop and implement strategies to penetrate international markets, particularly for IT services like website and app development.
- Client Acquisition:Engage with potential clients through outreach, presentations, and proposals to secure business opportunities.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
- Market Research:Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning in the IT domain.
- Collaboration:Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings.
- Performance Tracking:Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
- Required Skills & Qualifications. Experience:Proven experience in global business development within the IT domain, particularly in Website Development, Application Development, and Web App Development.
- Tool Proficiency:Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Lusha, and other lead generation and headhunting tools.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with international clients.
- Sales Acumen:Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Market Understanding:Knowledge of global market trends and best practices in IT services.
- Self-Starter:Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects remotely.
