In this role, you will use clear rubrics, detailed analysis, and structured evaluation to ensure that every approved freelancer meets high professional standards of accuracy, skill, and reliability. You will help shape the marketplace by identifying top-performing professionals, maintaining consistent evaluation benchmarks, and aligning supply with client demand. Categories You’ll EvaluateBusiness Development - Business Consulting - Business Plans - Market Research - Business Formation and Registration - Sales - AI Consulting Business Operations - E-Commerce Management - Project Management Strategic Finance - Financial Modeling - Finance Planning & Analysis Operational Finance - Tax Consulting - Bookkeeping - Funding Pitch Presentations - Budgeting and Forecasting What You’ll Do Evaluate and Gatekeep Review freelancer applications, portfolios, and performance data to decide on approval, hold, or rejection while maintaining documentation and continuous quality monitoring. Set Standards and Insights Develop, refine, and maintain category-specific rubrics and playbooks. Identify market gaps and recommend strategies to improve category coverage and specialization. Curation and Matching Curate high-quality freelancer lists for campaigns, special client requests, or new business needs. Ensure the right professionals are connected with suitable projects. Projects and Process Improvement Streamline workflows and evaluation tools to enhance throughput and quality. Lead calibration sessions and create resources for consistent evaluation standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Category Leads, Data Analysts, Product, and Operations teams to share insights, improve processes, and align quality goals across departments. What You’ll Bring - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Professional or evaluation experience in Business, Finance, or Operations - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess quality objectively and document findings clearly - Educational background in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and consistency - Independent and proactive attitude, able to work in fast-moving environments Nice to Have - Familiarity with CRM or evaluation tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or similar) - Prior experience with freelance marketplaces, vetting programs, or QA processes
